Pretreatment
Our Dip Pretreatment solutions are held in static baths and components can be processed manually or by an automatic transporter system.
With our Spray Pretreatment systems, components are moved on an overhead conveyor system and spray processes are carried out within an enclosed tunnel.
Each process stage is complete with holding tank, supply pump and feed pipework / nozzle arrangement.
Systems can vary from simple 2 stage plant ( cleaner and rinse) to multi stage systems for application of iron and zinc phosphate.
Ovens
We can supply a range of oven solution including Convection ovens, Electric Infra-red, UV Curing, Gas Infra-red and Combination Ovens.
Our convection type ovens work via air circulation and a heating medium usually gas or electric, or indirect fired where the heating source is isolated from the air stream.
Circulated air can be evenly distributed throughout the oven and close temperature tolerances achieved. The internal ductwork can be designed so that air "wipes" across components (for paint and powder stoving) r arranged so that air impinges directly on components (for drying and other special processes).
Infra red ovens work via energy radiated from heating elements positioned around the work piece. They utilise short, medium or long wave system, or a mixture of all three. Medium and long wave systems are generally used on paint curing systems
Booths
We supply paint spray booths which are required to form a safe working environment for operators. Our range includes wet, combination and powder booths and recovery systems.
With out Wet Paint Booths, the exhaust systems utilise a "wet" (water washed) system or "dry" (disposable filter) media. Air replacement can be simple shop air make up or fully conditioned and heated.
We also supply Combination Booths where painting and low bake curing takes place in the same cabin. Paint is applied in spray mode where the air is totally exhausted and curing takes place in bake mode where part of the air is recirculated.
They are used extensivelly in vehicle re-finishing and batch type industrial applications.
Control Systems
We can design and build electrical control panels for every application. They can be simple motor control systems or elaborate systems with plc or computer contol and panel view. Site wiring is carried out by fully qualified and experienced electricians.
Air Handling Systems
Simz Europe design and build air supply systems for paint spray booths, clean rooms and factories.
They include fan set with tefc motor and a heating source usually direct gas fired. Filters are included on higher specification projects and Humidification can also be included.
Coolers
We design and build force cooler systems which are used after ovens where there is insufficient time for natural cooling.
They are powered via a high pressure centrifugal fans and air is introduced via high velocity supply nozzles or slots.
Chillers are utilised on heavier duty systems
